You will receive a confirmation; including freight (tax, if applicable) and the ship date.

             All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Delivery
Pipes & puntys are custom made.   Most other items are kept in inventory and can be shipped immediately.  If an item is not in stock, delivery times vary (average 1-3 weeks) depending on the item.

Payment Options
The Order Form is a secure page.  We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover.  We accept checks and will ship COD (except international orders).   

Shipping
We ship UPS Ground Service, unless you request otherwise.  We can assist international customers with shipping options and costs, or use your preferred method.

Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect packages carefully before signing for them.  If your order is damaged, please keep all packing materials.  Notify the carrier and Cutting Edge Products immediately.

Customer service and product satisfaction is our goal.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order.  We will make arrangements for a prompt exchange or refund.
